1. Scope of Service

By joining The Palace Agency, you are retaining globar / Bryce Winter for professional coaching services. This subscription includes:

• Priority "Red Star" Direct Messaging: Direct access to Bryce with response times guaranteed within 36 hours (Mon-Fri).

• VIP Coaching Rates: Access to 1-on-1 video strategy calls at 50% OFF standard rates ($75/hr or $50/30-mins).

• VIP Gear Discount: 50% OFF all globar gear (NIP TIPS™) for the lifetime of your membership.

• Content Access: Full access to The Foundry video library, archive, and stacking protocols.

2. The "Fit", Refund & Price Policy

• Application Review: Upon submission, your application and initial payment act as a deposit. If your application is declined for any reason, this deposit will be refunded in full immediately.

• 12-Month Price Guarantee: Your subscription rate of $180/month is locked in for 12 months from your start date. Any future public rate increases will not affect your membership until after December 2026.

• Cancellations: This is a month-to-month subscription. You may cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must provide notice of cancellation at least 3 business days before your renewal date.

• No Refunds on Services Rendered: Once a month has begun and coaching/access has been provided, no refunds are given for that month.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Liability Waiver (Read Carefully)

You acknowledge that globar and Bryce Winter are not medical doctors. The protocols, advice, and NIP TIPS™ usage guidelines provided are for educational and aesthetic purposes only.

• Risk Acknowledgement: You understand that body modification, sensation training, and vacuum pumping involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: bruising, blistering, temporary or permanent changes in sensation, and changes in tissue elasticity.

• Assumption of Risk: By participating, you assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in this program.

• Health Status: You confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition (such as blood clotting disorders or circulatory issues) that would make these activities dangerous.

4. Confidentiality

• Your Privacy: What happens in The Agency stays in The Agency. Your photos, progress updates, and messages are kept strictly confidential and will never be shared without your explicit written permission.

• Our Intellectual Property: The protocols and methods shared with you are proprietary to globar. You agree not to resell, publish, or distribute the specific coaching materials provided to you.

5. Code of Conduct

This is a respectful community of men building men. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. globar reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately (without refund) for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other members.
