Refund Policy
At globar, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns.
1. Intimate Goods
(Nip Tips)
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of adhesive body products (including Nip Tips) are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have been shipped, as they are classified as intimate goods.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
We believe in excellence. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Timeline: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Process: Email us at bryce@genr8.me with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement free of charge.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
