You’ve mastered the manual application. Now it’s time to get serious. For those seeking maximum sensitivity and that "true outward projecting nips" look, you need to combine Nip Tips with active expansion tools.
The Tools To follow this protocol, you will need:
A Power Pump or Cylinder set (1.5-inch cylinders are standard for this level).
Medium and Large Nip Tips.
Optional:Â An elastrator (expander tool) for the Large bands.
The Routine: Expansion & Capture The goal here is not just restriction; it is retaining the volume achieved during pumping.
The Pump:Â Start with your power pump and cylinders (e.g., 1.5 inch) to achieve full engorgement.
The Transfer: Once fully expanded, carefully apply a Medium Nip Tip to the base before or immediately upon removing the cylinder. Pro Tip: Slide the Tip down so it sits snugly against the areola.
The Stack (Max Intensity):Â For the "hard-wired" experience, we use the stacking method.
Apply a Large Nip Tip (using an elastrator if necessary) to the very base of the nipple.
Slide the Medium Tip down until it meets the Large one.
Crucial: Ensure there is no space in between them. This creates a solid wall of restriction that forces the nipple to project outward.

The Results This routine promotes healthy growth and permanent changes in projection. Remember to massage and move the nipple (side-to-side, up-and-down) while wearing the tips to keep fluid circulating.
